The Habit

        Friday calls for a stop at The Habit. After school ended, my sister took my mom and me out to eat. This is my first time trying this place, and I have to say fries taste so good! I haven't eaten fries for so long. The fries were really good! Same goes for the burgers. And don't forget... yam fries! They are good too! Must make it the habit to go to a burger joint a few times a year. Have a great week everyone!

D23 Expo 2015

       Calling out to all the Disney Fans! Anyone a Disney lover? I know I am! A little less than two weeks ago, my family and I went to D23 Expo. It was amazing! Despite all the crazy lines this year, it was still a very fun day with my family. My sister and I got to see the stars that we mainly wanted to see. We watch some of the ABC Family shows and were so glad we got to see the cast of Stitchers. I was so happy when I saw them. I watched the premiere episode at San Diego, and I would watch the rest when I have free time, but I was busy, taking summer school. Nevertheless, I was able to catch up by reading the episodes on Wiki! We saw other famous people too. Some included YouTube stars, such as Chester See and AJ Rafael. It was so cool! I got to see AJ sing some Disney songs too. It was amazing. It was yet another great experience, as well as a good start of my senior year. Summer Comes to an End

       Last two days of adventures before school starts. I got my food adventure with my cousins and my adventure with my tech group from the past school year.  I got to go to Santa Monica with my cousins and Why Thirsty with my tech group. Both I never been to and they were awesome adventures to explore with the people I love and care about. I couldn't have asked for a better way to end my summer. I'm so grateful to have them in my life. I can't ask for better people. Thanks for making the end of my summer a wonderful one! One more thing, Happy Left Handers' Day! To all the people who are left handed, including me! 

A Cat Day

       Jazz Cat anyone? School starts on Friday, and one thing to do before it occurs is to head down to get my Shabu-shabu on. Jazz Cat! Today calls for a girls day out, with my mom, aunt, sister, and of course me. My sister shared, and we got a medium sized, with beef, and the soup base was Japanese Miso that calls for a Japanese sesame. It was my first time and I have to say, it was good. Not too heavy, kind of light, and it was filling. It brings me back to the good old days when family takes on a big bowl of everything of fish balls, veggies (cabbages and lettuces), glass noodles, and meat at home. It was a very nice cat day.

Lazy Tofu Day

       Happy National Lazy Day! Today may be lazy day, but I've been up the whole day since a little bit before 10 AM. Hey, this may not look early, but it's early for summer mode. (: Anyways, I visited my grandma, went to Costco, Daiso, and some other tiny shopping places with my mom and auntie. The main place I went was OoKook Tofu & BBQ. It was my first time! I liked it a lot. My mom and I shared two dishes. We got Rice with Assorted Vegetables (Stone)+Tofu and Mushroom Tofu. Very delicious! My auntie got Beef Short Rib Soup and Jabchae (Glass Noodles w/ Vegetables). Every dish was really good. It's really light and not too heavy on the stomach. I ate a lot and I really mean a lot. Haha. And of course, I got myself a green tea macaron ice cream to eat. Never too full to eat ice cream. We did our shopping after eating. Once we got home, off we went to sleep. Night everyone. Laziness kicked in real nice. Just in time. 

Americana

       Last week I finally caught up with one of my friends, Susan, who's heading off to college this following school year. I only know her since last school year, but it feels like an eternity I have known her. She is more than just a friend to me. She's like a big sister to me. It won't be the same without her in my last class of the day, always being that one person that can cheer me up and understand my stories and problems. She's amazing, and I know she will go far in life. 

      It was so so nice to hang out with her at Americana. We did a little shopping and stayed mainly at the Barnes and Noble. For lunch, we headed off to the Nordstrom cafe. It was so good! I got the Grilled Chicken Breast Sandwich and boy was it a huge meal. There's A LOT of fries!! It was delicious. I haven't had fries in so long. Before we left Americana, we headed to Sprinkles to buy cupcakes. I got a coconut and a milk chocolate. They are dense, but good. It's heavy a little, so it's best to eat it with milk or ice cream. After that, Susan and I watched an anime movie, Garden of the Words, back at my house. It was really good. My first anime movie I ever watched. That day was one of the best days that week. Can't wait to make more memories with her in the future.
