T-minus 1 day to the big trip to Hong Kong! Ahhh! Excited! It's been a long time since I been on a trip on an airplane. Can't wait for all the good food I'll be trying for the first time there.
For the last two weeks, I been hanging with family and friends. Finally I was able to see a friend of mine, Dennis, who finished his first year of college this year. I got to have a cousin bonding with my sister by taking Christian and Christine out to Jazz Cat, Chelo Creamery, and Zero Degrees. It's always nice to take people out who aren't local to try new things. Reunited with my friends from childhood, Deanne, Connie, Kaitlyn, and Kim by watching Now You See Me 2 and having Half and Half. It was so nice to catch up and see each other before we go to college this coming Fall. I had a park date with Ariana, friend I met from float decorations two years back. I had another date with my best friend Kim and watched Finding Dory and had lunch at OK Cafe. One more date with Christine and my sister. We took our cousin to Veggie Grill, Afters Ice Cream, 626 Night Market, and Din Tai Fung.
The other days for the past two weeks were consumed by Sudoku, college stuff before I go to Hong Kong, cleaning, and preparing for Hong Kong of course. With a sprinkle of laziness. Mmmm, possibly a bit more than a sprinkle... Okay, more than a bit but still productive with errands and other things to do.
Of course I had so family time here and there as well. My parents and I went to watch fireworks together and brought home some dessert form Phoenix as usual. Today I had a family little outing to Aloha Factory and to do some food and supplies shopping. I'm going to miss my dad and sister when we go to Hong Kong, but we will be back before they know it! I'll update all of you guys when I'm back with many pictures! Talk to you guys real soon early August!
