Mahalo Moana

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!! I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and friends! Eat lots with love ones!
I had the pleasure of watching Moana today with my mom and sister. It was such a wonderful movie. I literally cried throughout the whole movie. I never cried so much watching a movie in my life until this one. The movie touched me in the heart because I felt like Moana. I went into college as a freshman not knowing whether to stick with accounting as my business administration concentration or change it to entertainment and tourism management. I am in the midst of finding my own identity, just like Moana was in the movie. Sometimes it takes a little push to make us pursue what we were truly meant for. A little voice will always be inside you, telling you to go for it. Take that chance and listen to it. It could be the best decision you ever make. Even if it goes against the norm. Take the risk.
Moana really made me realize I made a right choice, to pursue something I love. I may come across some obstacles like Moana did along her journey, but I know it will be worth it at the end. Watching Moana was an emotional rollercoaster, with lots of water works, but I think it was especially emotional for me than most Disney movies I watch because it was exactly what I needed to reassure my decision I have made. This movie is another sign from up above, letting me know that I am right to continue my pursuit into the entertainment industry.
While I was watching the movie, I was in love with the graphics, the message of the movie, and just literally everything. It made me that much more excited to get into the entertainment industry. I watched the credits roll by, and this time, unlike the other times, I was more wowed by all the people who made the movie happen. For some reason, seeing all the names made me more anxious and excited when I will be a part of that list. I will be able to get to work with a whole bunch of people to make a film production come into life and make it into the theatres. I can't wait!
