Making It Through

5/9/2015

In a sky full of grey clouds, there's always that one speck of light someplace. This speck of light grows to become bigger and bigger. This light is hope. If the sun can shine its rays through the darkest days, people can make it through anything. Just takes a little determination and a dash of strength to keep a person going. Don't ever give up hope. When I took this picture, it was a cloudy day. The sky was dark with grey clouds. It felt like a sad day. BUT as the day kept going, the sun came out, inch by inch, and later it was sunny. Through every dark time, whether it may be an obstacle or a situation, always have hope to make it through. You will find yourself on the other side of it. It will seem hard to get passed it, but you will.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day!!! I'm so thankful to have the best mom ever. She's always there for me through thick and thin. Even when I'm not feeling good and stressed out from anything to everything, she's always there for me, supporting me through every step of the way. Without my mom, I wouldn't be the person I am today. I love you mom! Thank you for everything that you do for me. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there! You are very much loved and appreciated!

Finally There

Four years ago, my sister was just a freshman in college. Four years later, she is finally graduating. I cannot be any more prouder of my big sister. I still remember feeling funny at home without her there. No one to argue with, no one to fight for food with, and so on. She would come back every so often, maybe every week or every two weeks sometimes. I would be so happy to see her home. I definitely have to say after she went to college, we got closer over the years. I'm really glad for that. I've seen her grow over the years to becoming a strong independent young lady. Four years go by real fast. Through all the hardships she's been through, she's finally there. The time is now. I'm so proud!!
We took family pictures at my sister's college with our grandma today. I was the photographer for the day! It was so much fun! I helped my sister take a lot of pictures. So proud of her. Seeing her in her graduation gown, with the cap and cords. Ahhh! My big sister is finishing another chapter in her life and soon starting a new one. She finally made it. After a bunch of pictures, probably almost four hundred, we went out to eat at Veggie Grill! It's a vegan place, definitely a place to check out. It's really good! This is my second time going! I got the Tres "Fish" Tacos one (it's not fish, but it's tastes like it!), and they had each taco separated with a little napkin paper so you can hold it! It's so cute! It was really filling, and to top it off, a little salad to finish. With avocado! So good!

Mmm mmm good! (:
