Happy Father's Day

       Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! Thank you Dad for all the love that you give me all these years. As daddy's little girl, I'm truly going to miss all the fun times and goofy moments we shared together. Going to miss the silly bear faces and smiley faces on the windshield you make in the mornings before we go to school when you wipe the windows of the car. Going to miss all the bear stories he gives me to cheer me up when I'm down. I'll definitely call home often to talk to my daddy. He has given me lots of support and advice all these years that I cannot thank him enough. He's my superhero. Love you Daddy. Hope all the dads out that had a wonderful Father's Day. 

Time for Change

      There's never a stop for change huh? New things happen left and right. New trends, new fashions, new shows, and the list goes on. This past month I graduated. Now I'm heading off to college this fall. They say high school goes by with a blink of an eye. They're right. It really does. I still remember the first day of high school. I was so lost and so lucky to get some help and direction from the people I encountered. Now it's time to think about college. About life without parents watching over me 24/7. Time to really grow up and be an adult. Change can be a good thing though. We learn. We adjust to the new environment, the new life. From there, we become better us. Put on a new thinking cap, like this little dandelion with its little hat, and take on the world. Little by little. No rush. It will be scary, but we will figure it out. Everything will be okay. For all of us. Even for those who have new jobs, are retired, or even those who are taking on new different classes. Out of our comfort zone just means one thing. It is time to explore and find a new aspect of ourselves we never seen. To change. Where new footings lead you all to knowing yourselves a little bit more.

Happy Mother's Day

       Happy Mother's Day! Hope every mother out there is having a wonderful day. Your love and support are greatly appreciated. Thank you! 

       I want to thank my own mother for all that she has done for me. She helps me through all the troubles I have and teaches me life lessons along the way. When I need someone to talk to, I can always count on her. Love you from the moon and back times infinity. 

       Knowing today will be busy with eye appointments, I had a little outing with my mom and dad to CSUF yesterday. My mom loves taking flower pictures, so I decided to treat her to the Fullerton Arboretum. We headed to the Nickelodeon Exhibit first and then headed to the Arboretum. At the Arboretum, we were able to see the Bonsai Exhibit and the museum. It was a wonderful day. Lots of fun and plenty of nature. Great weather too. 

        Today, I decided to take my mom out for breakfast. Woke up bright and early and drove my mom. We bought food to bring home for the whole family to eat. What better way to eat breakfast in the comfort of one's home on a cloudy day.
